BEFORE APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS AND POLICIES❗️ NO PHONES WHILE APPOINTMENT ‼️ NO EXTRA GUEST OR KIDS❌‼️ • Exfoliate and moisturize your skin the night before appointment. • Arrive with a clean face to help ensure a flawless base application. • Keep your lips hydrated. • Remove all excess facial hair (unwanted brow hair, unwanted peach fuzz, etc) can interfere with the makeup application Highly recommend! •Please be on time if 5 minutes late appointment will be canceled or charged a 15$ late fee No refund will be made of any deposits once an appointment is booked. It’s up to the customer booking the appointment to evaluate a fit of the time and day. Once appointment is booked the deposit is non-refundable. No exceptions. By sending your deposit you agree to all terms and conditions of your appointment scheduling requirements. No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellation Policy To respect the time and energy that goes into preparing for each appointment, any no shows or last minute cancellations will be charged the remaining balance in full. When a client cancels without enough notice or does not show up, that time slot cannot be filled, and it results in a loss of income and opportunity for another client to book. Please understand that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. I ask that any cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance so that I can adjust my schedule accordingly. By booking with me, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for understanding and for valuing both my time and the service I provide. Opening hours is at 10 am, anything before that is a $30 extra fee .
